The XL-Connect project continues to align cutting-edge research with real-world application, as revealed in its newly submitted deliverable: D7.4: Initial Business Plans and Exploitation Strategy. This pivotal document lays the groundwork for transforming technological advancements into viable, scalable market solutions.
Deliverable D7.4 charts a clear path from innovation to implementation, presenting a structured approach to commercialization across the project’s key results. With a focus on sustainability and long-term value, the deliverable redefines each partner’s Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and outlines strategic routes to market tailored to different stakeholder needs.
To ground the strategy in practical insight, three in-depth case studies were conducted based on project outcomes from Work Packages 2, 3, and 4. These studies include initial market analyses, offering early validation of the potential demand, scalability, and impact of XL-Connect innovations.
By bridging the gap between research and industry, XL-Connect continues to reinforce its commitment to a smarter, more connected energy future—where electric vehicles play a key role not just as consumers, but as active participants in the energy ecosystem.
