The XL-Connect Final Event will bring together stakeholders to share the project’s results, exchange insights and discuss the opportunities and challenges of scaling up V2X solutions. The event will showcase the project’s progress across technical developments, user engagement, business models and real-world demonstrations.

Throughout the day, project partners will present the main findings and achievements across the project’s work packages, including:
- User behaviour, business models and user app (WP1 & WP2): Insights into user needs, business opportunities and digital solutions supporting V2X adoption.
- V2G equipment and User Energy Management Interfaces (UEMI) (WP3): Developments supporting vehicle-to-grid integration and energy management.
- Digital-twin models and operational strategies (WP4): Exploring how digital tools can support smarter and more efficient V2X operations.
- Virtual and real-world demonstrations (WP5): Presenting the project’s demonstration activities and practical implementation of its solutions.
- Impact assessment (WP6): Insights into the project’s impacts and the potential of V2X technologies.
Panel discussion: From Demonstration to Deployment – Making V2X the Default
A key highlight of the event will be a panel discussion on “From Demonstration to Deployment: Making V2X the Default.”
The discussion will focus on the next steps towards broader V2X adoption, including scalability potential, economic viability and sustainable business models. It will provide an opportunity to exchange perspectives on how to move beyond individual demonstrations and support the wider implementation of V2X solutions.
